Cranberry is Britain’s leading source of independent expertise on thin-client computing. The company is active in every aspect of the thin-client industry. It maintains a team of developers who work almost exclusively for companies in the thin-client industry. It manages a significant group of consultants whose skills cover every aspect of server-based computing including security, database, and communications. Cranberry has developed and installed a large number of thin-client solutions for major companies, including a 1,000 seat multi-location installation for a large security company and a time recording and employee security service for two of the clearing banks. Cranberry is heavily involved in the development and marketing of the Cranberry X300, a new generation of Smart-Client device. Cranberry provides manages Liberator’s Application Support Desk.

Active Office is Britain’s leading supplier of Hosted Exchange Services.  They provide Exchange related services to thousands of UK users.  Active Office is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner with specialisations in Hosting, Advanced Infrastructure and Security solutions. In addition to Microsoft, Active Office have partnered with Cisco, Dell and The Bunker to provide the hardware foundation for an enterprise class messaging platform and Parallels to provide the most user friendly, feature rich, control panel on the market.  Active Office also provides Liberator’s Exchange Support Desk.

 

RES PowerFuse

RES produce PowerFuse, the management solution for Windows environments that Liberator uses to remotely streamline, configure, secure, and monitor all aspects of the Hosted Desktop. PowerFuse provides access and license control, configuration and change management, monitoring, reporting and alerting, organisation and user assistance, performance management, security management, and deployment management.  It ensures that only Liberator authorised applications can run in the hosting centre.

The company specialises in developing and operating special purpose support programmes for particular customers. Its employs provide a high-level of technical skills for the remote management of server and communications processes as well as for systems management and security environments. The company further provides a comprehensive range of service level management and reporting options.  Most importantly, Centric delivers total employee commitment to customer satisfaction.

Gradwell is the recommended supplier of primary broadband services at customer offices.

In locations where its cable broadband services are available, Virgin is the recommended supplier of backup broadband services at customer offices.
